Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support that enables teams to function effectively. Your contributions will help maintain organization, improve communication, and drive productivity across departments.

  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments for team members
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
  • Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate internal meetings and assist with logistics
  • Track and order office supplies and handle inventory requests
  • Support daily office operations and provide general clerical support

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
